Once again we are faced with hardship caused by our trusted delivery service.

We sincerely apologize on behalf of Canada Post that some of your parcels and critical supplies are being held in warehouses across the Country. It weighs heavy on us knowing your birds are going without their everyday essentials.

That being said, we are going to try new methods and new couriers to get you the products you need for as low of cost that we can without increasing product prices.  Please bare with us as we cannot guarantee at this time who the courier companies will be or how long your delivery will take.  The main thing is that we get your products back in your homes for happy birds again!
